Our law firm is a third generation firm established in 1945. The firm has focused its practice in the following areas:

Our firm employs ten staff members that include nine legal secretaries and one paralegal. With over 80 years of combined experience, our staff insures that we have adequate technical support to meet the demands of any project.
History
The Farrar Firm is a third generation law firm established in 1945. The founders of the firm were Judge Virgil Evans and Clayton Farrar, Sr., both of whom are now deceased.
With two offices, our firm employs an associate attorney and eleven staff members. With over 80 years of combined experience, our staff insures that we have adequate technical support to meet the demands of any project.
It is the policy of our firm to clearly and accurately discuss with the client a projection of legal fees. Fees will be reviewed in teh first client conference and sometimes written fee agreements will be provided. Further, our firm will provide you with a summary of our fees for trust and estate planning in advance, before your first conference. Please call our office for additional information.
